If you are unsure, we are happy to recommend the appropriate package based on the condition of the vehicle.
In most cases, stains can be removed very well or significantly reduced. In the case of particularly stubborn or already long-standing stains, the result depends, among other things, on the material, the type of contamination, and the duration of exposure. We recommend discussing specific cases in advance with you.
Please let us know about animal hair, strong odors, or other unusual contaminations as soon as possible during the booking process. This way, we can better plan for the necessary effort and appropriate treatment. If additional, fee-based work is necessary, we will inform you before it is performed.
Child seats may stay in the vehicle. The Premium package includes removing and organising personal belongings from the vehicle. With the Basic package, the vehicle must be cleared of personal belongings before it is handed over; only the areas accessible without moving personal items are cleaned.
